Stories over poses…
My portraiture is rooted in a naturalistic, photojournalistic style. Rather than relying on stiff poses or studio backdrops, I prefer to immerse myself in the everyday rhythm of individuals and families, capturing the honesty of real connection as it unfolds.
I focus on the fleeting, unscripted moments: the laugh between siblings, the comfort of a hand held, the subtle glance that reveals love. These are the details that tell your story more powerfully than any posed portrait ever could.
Most of my sessions happen in the spaces where life naturally occurs: at home, outdoors, or wherever families feel most comfortable. By working in familiar environments, I allow the camera to fade into the background so that authentic expressions and interactions come forward.
While I can provide a studio setting when needed, my true passion lies in documenting people as they are, surrounded by what makes them feel most like themselves. The result is imagery that feels timeless, heartfelt, and deeply personal—portraits that don’t just show what you look like, but reflect who you are together.
